Bil-Jac makes a line of premium dog food products that has created an intensely loyal fan base. The customers who buy their food believe it is the best on the market, their old website just wasn't sending consumers that same message. Beyond looking outdated, it didn't help users successfully narrow down the best product for their dog. With so many factors (such as age, weight, or health concerns) to consider, the site had to do more to make a user confident they were buying the right thing to help their dog thrive.
