As lead Account Manager, it's my job to make sure that all our digital marketing clients at Aztek are happy, seeing good, steady results, and growing their marketing efforts. On the flip side, it’s also my job to help solve client challenges and issues when they arise, and occasionally speak some hard truths when needed.
Whether it’s improving processes, creating more content, growing your advertising budget, or changing minds internally, true big-picture change in marketing takes at least a year to see results. The era of quick marketing fixes (Just throw money at it! Stuff with keywords!) is long gone. Steady and consistent change is the only way to return steady market growth and higher sales.
